Tashmoo
One limited edition commemorative plate that features the passenger steamship, Tashmoo, of the White Star Line. The round plate is made of glazed white china and has a curved rim. Narrow gold and blue stripes encircle the plate along the outside top surface of the rim. A multi-color painting reproduction image is printed in the upper center area of the plate that shows a starboard side view of the steamship underway in fair weather. Beneath the drawing is a multi-color image of the company flag with the letters "WSL." Blue printed text on the plate underside reads "Tashmoo, White Star Line, 1899-1936. Built by the Detroit Shipbuilding Co., Wyandotte, Michigan. Length - 312', Width - 69', Draft - 8'." Additional text reads "Artist: Robert McGreevy, Plate No. 15," and "Dayne Arts, P.O. Box 76, Clawson, MI 48017." A red ink stamp reads "Victoria Porcelain."
