One dessert plate from a dining room of the Amoco Oil Company Great Lakes tanker fleet. The round plate is made of heavyweight glazed china in a light tan color. It has a flat, upturned rim with a thickened outer edge and narrow green and red stripes along the midpoint of the rim. At a break in the stripes, an oval-shaped, red/black company logo is stamped with lettering that reads "Amoco." The underside is stamped with green text that reads "Tepco China, U.S.A."
