One dessert plate from the dining room of the passenger excursion ship, Chief Commanda II, of Ontario Northland Marine Services, North Bay, Ontario. The round plate is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It has a slightly-curved and upturned rim that has a decorative embossed, scalloped design along the outer edge. Red text along the inside edge of the rim reads "Chief Commanda II," and "Ont. Northland - North Bay." The underside is stamped with a green square/fish logo and green text that reads "Porto Ferreira," and "Made in Brazil, 6720."
