Plate, Dessert
One dessert plate from the dining room of the passenger steamship, R.M.S. [Royal Mail Ship] Segwun, of the Muskoka Lakes Navigation & Hotel Company of Gravenhurst, Ontario. The round plate is made of heavyweight glazed china of a bone/ivory color. It has a flat, upturned rim with a thickened outer edge. Narrow dark green stripes encircle the rim along the outer and inner edges. A green and yellow, oval-shaped logo is stamped on one area of the rim between the stripes. Small yellow text on the logo reads "R.M.S. Segwun, Muskoka." The underside is stamped with a buffalo logo and black text that reads "Buffalo, 911A."
