Plate, Dessert

One dessert plate from the dining room of the Detroit Boat Club (DBC). The round plate is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It has a flat, upturned rim with a rounded outer edge. Two narrow dark blue stripes encircle the rim along the midpoint. A red/white/blue image of the club burgee is stamped on the rim at a break in the lines. The underside is stamped with a seated Indian logo and green text that reads "Shenango China, New Castle, PA," and "Made for J. E. Stephens Co., Detroit."
