Plate, Dinner
One dinner plate from the dining room of the tanker, TEXACO MICHIGAN, of Texaco, Inc. The round plate is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It has a flat, slightly-upturned rim and a thickened outer edge. Narrow green stripes encircle the rim along the outer and inner edges. A small red/green/black image of the company flag is stamped on one area of the rim between the stripes. The underside of the plate is stamped with green text that reads "Mayer China, Est. 1881."
