Plate, Engraving
One engraving plate used for printing Vernor's advertisements, brochures, and/or product packaging. The rectangular plate is made from a thin sheet of zinc that has been mounted on a thin sheet of cardboard and then attached to a wood block with seven small nails. The plate has a flat relief engraving that depicts an image of the Vernor's gnome who is straddling a large wooden barrel of ginger ale syrup. Text on the end of the barrel reads "Flavor Mellowed in Wood 4 Years."
