Plate, Engraving
One engraving plate used for printing Vernor's advertisements, brochures, and/or product packaging. The rectangular plate is made from a thin sheet of zinc that has been mounted on a wood block with five small nails. The plate has a flat relief engraving that depicts an image of the Vernor's gnome holding a scroll. Adjacent text shows the years "1945, 1946, 1947, 1949, 1950."
