Plate, Engraving
One engraving plate used for printing Vernor's advertisements, brochures, and/or product packaging. The rectangular plate is made from thin sheets of copper and zinc that have been bonded together. The copper side has a flat relief engraving that shows a bottle of "Vernor's Ginger Ale." Some of the zinc has been exposed in deep-cut areas along the outer edges where all of the copper has been cut away.
