Pliers

One pair of watch bow pliers made of steel. The tapered jaws are flat on the inside and are rounded on the outside with 3 grooves on each jaw. A strip of steel inside the handles acts as a spring to close the jaws when squeezing action on the handles is released. (Unlike a standard set of pliers where the jaws close when the handles are squeezed together, the jaws on these pliers open when the handles are squeezed together.) On one of the handles, the stamped name of the manufacturer, "L. Hugoniot-Tissot," is partially visible.
