One blank, double-face 45 rpm phonograph record. The "MicroLac" recording disc was made by "Reeves Soundcraft Corp., 204 Walnut St., Allentown, PA." The circular blank is made of black plastic and has a thin, copper-colored surface on both sides. The disc has a 1.5-inch diameter hole at the center with three equally-spaced 0.25-inch diameter holes around the center hole. The disc comes with a brown paper sleeve that is printed with blue text that reads "Reeves Soundcraft, 45 R.P.M Recording Blanks" on the front and "Reeves Soundcraft Corp., 10 East 52nd Street, New York 22, N.Y." on the back.
