Sash

One Girl Scouts award badge sash. The sash is made of a 4.5-inch wide strip of green cotton fabric with hemmed edges. It was worn over the right shoulder, around the torso, and ended at the left waist. Embroidered patches at the top show "Girl Scouts, U.S.A.," "Michigan Metro," troop number "156," and a flower. In addition, there are four brass star pins, a "Junior Aide" badge, a gold-colored wings badge, and fourteen circular embroidered award badges. The back side of the sash has five large commemorative embroidered patches. No manufacturer's labels are shown.
