Toy balance scale made of cast iron. Balance beam and base are both painted red. One end of balance beam has a curved tin pan for holding objects to be weighed. Other end of beam has a flat circular plate to hold measuring weights. Disc-shaped weights are painted black and are labeled "2", "1/2", "1/4" and "1/8[?]."
