Setter
One watchmaker's pallet jewel setter. This device was used to position jewels in watches. On the inside of one of the handles are the words "C. Culman MHCR Pat. APR.17-06." The tool is made of flat steel with a lever on top that is held down by a spring. The base has two adjustable points and a set screw to control the distance between those points. The tool comes with its original cardboard box.
