Sign

1 - Sign. Framed "Notice of Emergency Signals" for use on one of the D&C Line steamers. Sign is printed on heavy white paper n red and black. It illustrates method for putting on a life preserver. It also offers instructions for getting onto a life boat. The sign is glazed and framed in chromium-plated tin. Frame bears number 361 at the bottom, and attached note states that the sign was taken from stateroom 361 of the Greater Detroit when the steamer was scrapped in 1956.
