One advertisement sign for "American Boy" shoes that were made by the Menzies Shoe Company of Detroit. The rectangular sign is made of sheet brass with engraved text that reads "Agency, The Shoe That Satisfies" as well as "American Boy" and "Look For This Label." The text is painted black. Text at the center of the sign is shown on a rectangular painted yellow background. Small screw/nail holes are located at each corner for mounting the sign on a wall or other surface.
