Souvenir

One small souvenir dish from the passenger steamship, SS CITY of SOUTH HAVEN. The oval-shaped dish has pointed ends, rippled sides, and is made of white glazed china. The exterior has been painted cobalt blue and a multi-color image of the passenger steamship, SS CITY of SOUTH HAVEN, is printed on the interior flat bottom. Small black text beneath the image reads "Steamer City of South Haven, of South Haven, Mich." A narrow gold-colored stripe is painted along the top edge of the rippled sides. A black ink stamp on the underside reads "Made in Germany." No manufacturer's name or marks are shown.
