Souvenir

One souvenir cup from the passenger steamship, MV CANADIAN EMPRESS, of the St. Lawrence Cruise Lines, Kingston, Ontario. The cup is made of white glazed china. It is cylindrical in shape with vertical sides, a top edge that is flared outward slightly, a slightly rounded bottom, and a decorative rounded handle on the side. A narrow gold-colored stripe encircles the top edge. On one side of the cup, a multi-color image is printed which depicts the steamship underway in fair weather on a narrow river. Adjacent black text reads "Canadian Empress" and "Kingston." A gold-colored maple leaf logo is stamped on the underside of the cup along with gold-colored text that reads "Decorated in Canada," and "22k Gold."
