Stencil, Letter
One "D&C" letter stencil for marking equipment on steamships of the Detroit & Cleveland Navigation Company fleet (D&C Line). The stencil is made from a thin sheet of rectangular brass with the "D&C" logo script letters cut out. The brass sheet has rounded corners and a small hole is located near one corner so that the stencil could be hung on a wall hook or peg.
