Suit

One lady's two-piece suit made of a lightweight charcoal gray/brown wool serge fabric. The jacket has a round neckline with no collar, long sleeves, a black acetate lining, a yoke of three fabric strips with rounded ends, and three black plastic button closures. Matching fabric strips and one button are sewn on each cuff. The front of the jacket hangs open. The knee-length, unlined skirt has a dropped waist with no waistband and a button closure at the front that matches the style of the yoke. The lower part of the skirt is cut on this bias. A label on the inside back of the jacket neckline shows a blue image of a woman in a hat and furs and yellow text that reads "Lillian, Inc., 1230 Washington Blvd., Detroit," and "Exclusive Fashions."
