Telephone

One telephone from room 1025 of the Tuller Hotel in Detroit. The telephone is made of black Bakelite and has a black coiled cord between the handset and the base. The telephone base has no rotary dial since hotel patrons would have placed calls verbally via the hotel switchboard operator. A circular label holder on the front of the base has a clear protective covering. Text on the label shows "WOodward 3-5200" and "Room 1025." The underside of the handset has raised text that shows "Bell System, Manufactured by Western Electric Company, F1."
