Token, Transportation

One token for passage through the Detroit Windsor tunnel. The circular, coin-like token is stamped from a lightweight, silver-colored metal (possibly aluminum). The obverse has a decorative grid pattern along the perimeter with text that reads "Detroit & Canada Tunnel Co." The reverse has the same grid pattern with text that reads "Good For One Fare." Two areas near the center of the token have been cut away to form a stylized letter, "T."
