Top

A toy top made of glass with a wooden storage box. The glass top is made of pale blue glass and is marked "Made in U. S. A., Pat. May 8, 1894." The short, cylindrically-shaped box is made of fine-grained wood and has a removable, friction-fit lid. A circular piece of paper with a multi-colored "bullseye" design fits inside the box lid. A wooden spindle, painted green, fits upright in the center of the lid. A small white knob is also included. The number, "5," is pasted on the side of the wooden box.
