Trophy
One sailboat race trophy. The trophy consists of a brass casting that shows a starboard side view of a fractional rig sloop under sail. The red, white, and blue burgee of the "DYC [Detroit Yacht Club]" is shown near the top of the mainsail. The casting is mounted on a dark brown rectangular Bakelite base. The front face of the based is engraved with text that shows "Sweepstakes, First, 1951, H. Donaldson." The underside of the base is covered with red felt.
