Blown-glass bulb set on a turned wooden base. Metal electrical connections at top and bottom of bulb. The top connection is attached to a smal metall disc about 3/8 of an inch in diameter inside the bulb. The bottom connection is connected to a metal parabola about 1.25 inches in diameter. There is a small, approximately 1/4 inch, square sheet of metal foil in the center of the bulb. The foil is suspended by a glass frame.
