Wallet
One bifold leather wallet. The wallet is made of medium brown leather and has a blue and white wing emblem stamped on the outside with text that shows "Standard Oil Company (Indiana), Service." Narrow red, white, and blue stripes are stamped near one corner. The inside has two clear cellophane windows with cards in each window. The upper window contains one light tan card that shows "Notice - Your Department of Commerce License will fit this case after discontinuing the use of Chicago Air Race Corporation Courtesy Card. Compliments of Standard Oil Company (Indiana). The lower window contains one thin, gold-colored brass card with stamped text that shows "Sanctioned by the N.A.A., Olympiad of the Air" and "1930 National Air Races for Exclusive Admission to Aeronautical Concourse, Aug. 23 - Sept. 1, Chicago, Ill." Also, a complimentary booklet of unused tickets, "Season Book No. 0362," was located in the wallet. The ticket booklet contained ten tickets that were dated August 23 through September 1 (one ticket for each day of the National Air Races event).
