1909 -- two partners admitted (Choate, Webster, Robertson & Lehmann. Large and lucrative practice until Nov 1, 1912.
Aug 6, 1912 -- Webster appointed US District Attorney by Taft.
1916 -- Retried from government service and took up private practice in law.
Nov 6, 1917 -- Appointed by Governor Sleeper to fill unexpired cer. ct. Judge Van Zile who had died.
