A group of spectators are gathered along the barricade on the east side of Randolph. A Mark R. Hanna Company hopper is at the edge of the site on Randolph at Woodbridge Street. The Crescent Electrical Company is on the northwest corner of Randolph and Woodbridge, and the A. Krolik and Company Building is on the northeast corner. The Water Board Building is visible in the distance along Randolph Street.
