Digital scan of a sepia-toned photo of some of the wiring put in place to supply lighting underground for the construction of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, as taken from overhead. Several lines run into a box on a wooden platform. One line runs from that box to one installed on the side of the platform above a shaft. The legs and feet of a worker who is laying on the platform are visible on the bottom of the frame.
