The photographer is level with a worker atop a utility pole above the southeast side of Westminster Street, between Oakland Avenue and Goodwin Street. Beyond the worker, barricades closing Westminster between Goodwin and Cameron Street. Bystanders are at the barricade adjacent to Goodwin Street. Along the northwest side of Westminster are several lots filled with debris where buildings burned down. The Good Neighbor Market is visible below on the east corner of Westminster and Goodwin.
