One of the men standing over his shoulder leans on an ashtray stand, decorated with a ribbon and an attached tag which reads, "Best Wishes for Continued Success, From the Boys in the Shop." Streamers have been hung from the ceiling, and a sign which reads, which reads, "Best Wishes for a Successful Business Venture from Fred Eibach," is posted on the far wall beside the windows.
