Black and white negative taken from the pits as the boats return after one of the heats of the 1967 World Championship Race on the Detroit River on July 2nd. In the center of the picture is MY GYPSY with driver Jim Ranger standing on the deck. At the left is the bow of MISS WICKMAN (U-11), and at right the bow of ATLAS VAN LINES. Crew members are in the foreground, and a fourth boat can be seen in the background approaching the pits.
