Large format photographic negative of an aerial view of the American Car and Foundry Company plant along Ferry Street and Russell Street, as taken facing the northwest. Ferry runs along the lower left corner of the photo. Russell runs from the center of the left edge of frame to right of center of the top edge of frame. The New York Central Railroad tracks sweep from the bottom center of frame, around the corner of the plant to the top center of from. The Grand Trunk Railroad tracks run along the lower right corner of the frame. The Farm Crest Baker stands on the west side of Russell across the street from American Car and Foundry. The Square D Company building stands further north on the west side of Russell near the top of the frame. Fisher Body Works stands on Harper Avenue at the top left corner of the image. The negative was previously housed within a manila sleeve, printed with a partially filled in form including the fields "Neg. No. 95941," and "Title: Detroit, Mich."
