Negative and print of a color photo of the Monroe Block between Farmer Street and Campus Martius including Wormser Hats; the five buildings of the Johnson Block containing the mostly shuttered storefronts for Father and Son, the Famous Barrel Bar, Tip Top Book Shop, the Cine X theatre, and Lee's Monroe Music; T and H Discount House; the First Williams Block where signs for Conn's and Arthur's Clothes still hang; and the Second Williams Block. A wooden facade reading "Monroe Block Historic Restoration," has been installed at street-level covering all the storefronts except Lee's and T and H.
