Third of a series of three black and white negative exposures of the exterior of the house which stood at 724 McDougall Street. The photograph captures a colonial-style building, with a portico supported by columns and topped with a pediment. There is a chair on the front porch and an outdoor sconce fixture hanging above it. Trees are visible around the edges of the frame.
