First of a series of twelve black and white negative exposures of a Detroit Heritage Photography Workshop (DHPW) outing. The photograph captures a group of people outside a Department of Street Railways bus with a "Detroit Heritage Photography Workshop" banner on its side. The three people captured in the photograph are two men and a woman. The woman holds a legal pad and money, perhaps a registry of all the people participating in the workshop and the fee to do so, whilst the two men are engaged in a conversation. One of them has a Nikon camera around his neck.

The negative was originally housed in the same paper envelope that included negatives 2017.176.836 through 2017.176.847, and was marked:
