Color negative taken during the 1966 Gold Cup Race held on the Detroit River of the pits at the foot of Marquette Drive. The transom and tail fin of GALE'S ROOSTERTAIL can be seen in the foreground and the tail fins of most of the other boats behind her, along with the cranes used to launch and retrieve the boats and the finger docks extending from the seawall.
