Black and white negative film taken during time trials on June 24th for the 1968 Gold Cup Race, to be held on June 30th on the Detroit River, of driver Tommy Fults in the cockpit of NOTRE DAME, checking his watch. This was probably at the end of the day before the course was about to close. High winds forced postponement of the race until September 8th.
