Black and white negative film taken during time trials on June 24th for the 1968 Gold Cup Race, to be held on June 30th on the Detroit River, of driver Fred Alter looking over an engine. He was driver of PARCO'S O-RING MISS that year, which was not entered in the Gold Cup. High winds forced postponement of the race until September 8th.
