Black and white negative of $ BILL taken during the 1966 Gold Cup Race on the Detroit River. The boat is at the dock with two crew members on board preparing the boat for the driver, Norm Evans, who is sitting in the cockpit. Fellow driver Warner Gardner is standing on the dock directly behind the driver in the picture, (in the dark colored baseball cap). The boat finished fourth overall in the race, winning the final heat when Warner Gardner replaced Norm Evans as driver.
