Black and white film negative of the abandoned Monroe Block located at 74-78 Monroe Avenue at the corner of Farmer and Monroe Streets. A barrier system is visible on the corner; a pedestrian is visible in front of the barrier. Automobiles are parked on curb along Farmer; many of the architectural components of building are missing. In the background are the New Cadillac Square Apartments, Cadillac Tower, and First National Building.
