Black and white film negative of the rear elevation of the Monroe Block, located at 74-78 Monroe Avenue at the corner of Farmer Street; the abandoned and decrepit structure is missing many of its bricks; windows; and other architecture elements. The building is surrounded by a barrier system, as well as a chain link and barbwire fence. Signage in the right foreground affixed to a metal pole reads, "Unauthorized Vehicles Keep Out."
