Black and white film negative of 100 Monroe Avenue, located on the southeast corner of Monroe and Farmer Street; the abandoned commercial building was once the Star Theater, and a Coney Island. The first floor perimeter has been boarded up; and many of the windows are broken or missing. In the background are the New Cadillac Square Apartments.
