Negative. Black and white negative showing a view of the port side quarter of the freighter SS EDMUND FITZGERALD of the Columbia Transportation Division of the Oglebay Norton Company. The vessel is underway (upbound) in fair weather on the St. Clair River as seen from the shore at Port Huron. A portion of the Blue Water Bridge is visible in the upper right corner area of the photo and the Canadian shore is visible in the right background. The transom of another upbound freighter--presumably the LEON FALK JR. of the Hanna Mining Company--can be seen in the distance at the far left side of the photo.
