Monochromatic glass-plate negative from the studio of Louis James Pesha depicting the port side of the Rutland Transit Company, Ogdensburg line package freighter JAMES R. LANGDON, under steam with deck-loads of lumber stacked between its deck cabins. Four people are on the main deck, and two others peek through an open hatch below. Several buildings along a tree-lined shore are visible in the background.
