Monochromatic glass-plate negative from the studio of Louis James Pesha depicting the bow and starboard side of the Producers Steamship Company freighter LOUIS W. HILL, under steam. Several figures is on the main deck behind the pilot house. Buildings along a tree-lined shoreline are visible in the background. "4104," was handwritten on the non-archival envelope which previously held the plate.
