Monochromatic glass-plate negative from the studio of Louis James Pesha depicting bow and port side of the freighter HENDRICK S. HOLDEN, under steam. Two figures wave from the deck near the stern. A tree-lined shoreline is visible in the background. "Light - High pilot house," and "676," were printed on the non-archival envelope which previously held the plate.
