Negative, Glass-plate

Monochromatic glass-plate negative from the studio of Louis James Pesha depicting the starboard side of the freighter IROQUOIS, under steam. A figure stands on the flying bridge, another stands outside of the deck cabin at midship, and a third is outside of the aft cabin. Houses along a tree-lined shoreline are visible in the background. "Early," and "979," were printed on the non-archival envelopes which previously held the plate.
