Photograph, Cabinet

Cabinet card bearing a sepia-tone photograph of the interior of Leander L. Farnsworth's Farnsworth Shoe House, on the corner of Woodward Avenue and Michigan Avenue. The photo depicts the Farnsworth Shoe House work area of where the shoes and boots were constructed. In the center of the photo there is a large log serving as a work bench with a lantern a form, and other tools. A sign on the side of the bench reads, "Terms strictly cash. No deviation." Additional forms and a stove are also in frame. The photo is circular, bordered by a white background, and is mounted on a card with a dark brown border. The verso is printed with the mark of the Eastman Company.
