Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display at the J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Displayed in the window is a large image of men from the Tank Arsenal Inspection observing a presentation of the Army-Navy 'E', two tanks flank the men standing in line on stage. A large metal eagle is positioned in front of the image and affixed above signage which reads, "Getting jittery about what might happen won't help any. The one thing that will help is to roll up our sleeves... all of us... and hit the line harder. That's the American way, and we have not the least doubt that is just exactly what we are going to do." Also, signage flanks the opposing sides of the image, the right sign reads, "Americans everywhere take great pride in all the special war industries in this area worthy of the 'E' award for production excellence." Signage on the left reads, "More than 10% of your income in war bonds is your 'E' production, Buy A Bond Today!" Also, signage affixed in the lower foreground reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds."
